Katie joined the Latherhouse team in 2025 after earning her cosmetology license from Empire Beauty School in February of that year. She was drawn to Latherhouse for its strong values and commitment to continued education, and has quickly found her place in an environment that supports both growth and creativity.

With a passion for learning and a genuine love for her craft, Katie is building her skills behind the chair with a focus on haircutting, while also exploring creative color and texture services. She has continued her education through Latherhouse’s in-house cutting and keratin training, strengthening her technical foundation and confidence with every guest she sees.

Katie’s approach to hair is rooted in care and intention. She prioritizes the integrity and health of the hair above all else, while creating a warm, welcoming experience where every guest feels comfortable and heard. Her attentive nature and positive energy make her chair a space where clients can relax and trust the process.

Her personal style leans dark, warm, and seasonal, with a love for rich tones and moody aesthetics—something that subtly influences her creative eye behind the chair.

Outside of the salon, Katie enjoys baking, getting lost in a good book, and cozy movie nights with her partner. She also deeply values the sense of community she’s found at Latherhouse, where she feels inspired every day by her team and the work they create together.
