Isabel joined the Latherhouse team in September 2026 after graduating from Capri College of Cosmetology in Davenport, Iowa, in 2024. She continued her education in Iowa City through a specialized master’s program, building her technical skills and confidence before making the move to Colorado. She was drawn to Latherhouse because of its transparency with both stylists and guests, as well as the welcoming energy of the Belmar community.
Isabel specializes in low-maintenance, beautifully dimensional color, with a particular love for brunettes and blondes that enhance the natural beauty already there. She believes color doesn’t always need to be dramatic to make a difference. Subtle, thoughtful changes can create hair that looks polished, healthy, and effortlessly beautiful. She also loves haircutting, especially bobs and long, layered styles, and nothing makes her happier than finishing a great cut with a beautiful blowout.
Her approach behind the chair is all about making every guest feel luxurious. Isabel wants you to feel like a million dollars from the moment you sit down until the moment you walk out. She creates a relaxed, welcoming environment where guests can settle in, stay awhile, and enjoy the experience just as much as the finished result.
Isabel is also an Invisible Bead Extensions certified stylist, adding customized extension services to her growing skill set.
Before becoming a hairstylist, Isabel spent seven years as a professional barista, where she discovered how much she loved the conversations and connections that can happen over something as simple as a cup of coffee. That same genuine love of connecting with people carries into her salon experience today.
Outside of Latherhouse, Isabel is enjoying everything Colorado has to offer and loves getting outside, exploring her new surroundings, and binge-watching a good show at home with her cat, Frannie.
