Following his tenure at Toni&Guy, Nick sought to expand his expertise by undertaking advanced training in hair color theory, application, and balayage techniques with L'Oreal Professional. He continued to augment his knowledge in hair color through additional education provided by industry leaders such as Schwarzkopf Professional and Wella Professional. With his comprehensive training, Nick now offers a holistic range of services encompassing cutting, styling, and superior coloring techniques.

In 2019, Nick relocated to Colorado, where he met his wonderful husband, who now occupies a significant place in his leisurely pursuits. Together, they delight in spending quality time with their two beloved pets, Sascha, a 10-year-old cat, and Henry, an energetic puppy. They enjoy embarking on adventures along scenic trails with Henry in tow, exploring the great outdoors, as well as indulging in the captivating realms of horror, fantasy, sci-fi, experimental, superhero, and art-house movies and series.

Throughout his extensive journey, Nick has garnered invaluable experience in every aspect of the salon business, ranging from education and management to participation in photographic work and hair shows, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to his clients as a hands-on stylist. His recent tenure at Floyd's 99 Barbershop allowed him to refine his expertise in masculine grooming and clipper cutting techniques, a vital skill set he honed during the post-pandemic period in a new city.

Nick thrives when he has the opportunity to create striking looks, whether they are edgy, big southern styles, glamorous transformations, natural texture enhancements, precise clipper cuts, modern mullets, pixie cuts, bobs, or expertly managed curly hair. Moreover, his aptitude extends to color services, including tints, highlights, blonding, vivids, balayage, and keratin smoothing treatments.
