Willow joined the Latherhouse team in 2025 after completing her education at Emily Griffith Technical College, and has quickly become a cornerstone of the salon as both a stylist and current Salon Systems Coordinator. Known for her heart-forward leadership, she was honored with Latherhouse’s “Heartbeat” award in 2025—a reflection of the energy, care, and connection she brings to both her team and her guests.

Willow’s work spans a wide range of styles, with a particular love for classic men’s cuts, beard shaping, short hair, razored shags, and anything involving texture and movement. She also enjoys creative color, classic highlights, long layered cuts, and—her personal favorite—crafting the perfect bangs. Whether you’re looking for something clean and classic or a little more lived-in and expressive, Willow brings intention and personality to every look.

Her approach behind the chair is relaxed, upbeat, and deeply collaborative. Willow loves a thorough consultation, taking the time to really get to know her clients so she can create something that fits not just their hair, but their lifestyle and personality. Her goal is simple: great hair and a genuinely good experience.

With a personal style that leans effortlessly cool—think mom jeans, Birkenstocks, and perfectly undone shaggy hair—Willow brings a grounded, approachable vibe to everything she does. She’s down to earth, quick with humor, and believes the salon should feel like a place where you can fully be yourself.

Outside of the salon, Willow’s world revolves around her three kids—her favorite humans of all time. She also loves folk music, road trips, hiking, good food, a great patio moment, and anything that channels Pacific Northwest energy.
